Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, CLGN RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,848 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CLGN-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CLGN_S554, CLGN_S581, and MYEF2. Each is linked with CLGN in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CLGN-to-partner and partner-to-CLGN results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CLGN versus CLGN_S554 in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.84.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CLGN→partner) and Y-score (partner→CLGN) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
