Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, CLGN protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6,556 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CLGN-associated genes across cancer lineages are HOOK1, MGAT4D, and RTCA-AS1. Each is linked with CLGN in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CLGN-to-partner and partner-to-CLGN results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CLGN versus HOOK1 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.38.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CLGN→partner) and Y-score (partner→CLGN) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
