Across TCGA cell cohorts, CLGN RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,766 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CLGN-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of heart rate by cardiac conduction, Endoplasmic reticulum to Golgi vesicle-mediated transport, and Paranodal junction assembly. Each is linked with CLGN in more than 10 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CLGN-to-partner and partner-to-CLGN results are reported.
