CLEC5A

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CLEC5A mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 529 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CLEC5A-associated genes across cancer lineages are PLK1, DAPK3, and MEX3D. Each is linked with CLEC5A in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CLEC5A-to-partner and partner-to-CLEC5A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PLK1 grouped by CLEC5A-low versus CLEC5A-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CLEC5A→partner) and Y-score (partner→CLEC5A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
