CLEC5A

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CLEC5A mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 29 significant associations in total. SKCM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CLEC5A-associated genes across cancer lineages are ASNS, Tuberin, and Notch1. Each is linked with CLEC5A in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CLEC5A-to-partner and partner-to-CLEC5A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ASNS grouped by CLEC5A-low versus CLEC5A-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CLEC5A→partner) and Y-score (partner→CLEC5A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
