CLEC4M

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CLEC4M mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,441 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CLEC4M-associated genes across cancer lineages are ZMYND19, MRPS11, and RPL23AP82. Each is linked with CLEC4M in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CLEC4M-to-partner and partner-to-CLEC4M results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ZMYND19 grouped by CLEC4M-low versus CLEC4M-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CLEC4M→partner) and Y-score (partner→CLEC4M) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
