Across TCGA cell cohorts, CLEC4M RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 865 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CLEC4M-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of PERK-mediated unfolded protein response, Negative regulation of PERK-mediated unfolded protein response, and Negative regulation of nucleocytoplasmic transport. Each is linked with CLEC4M in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CLEC4M-to-partner and partner-to-CLEC4M results are reported.
