CLEC4GP1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CLEC4GP1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,880 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CLEC4GP1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CNRIP1, MRC1, and STAB1. Each is linked with CLEC4GP1 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CLEC4GP1-to-partner and partner-to-CLEC4GP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CLEC4GP1 versus CNRIP1 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.41.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CLEC4GP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→CLEC4GP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
