CLEC2B

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CLEC2B mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 98 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CLEC2B-associated genes across cancer lineages are HSFY4P, CTHRC1P1, and MIR6864. Each is linked with CLEC2B in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CLEC2B-to-partner and partner-to-CLEC2B results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, HSFY4P grouped by CLEC2B-low versus CLEC2B-high in READ.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CLEC2B→partner) and Y-score (partner→CLEC2B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
