Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, CLEC20A RNA is linked to patient survival in 12 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated CLEC20A data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSC), where higher CLEC20A RNA is associated with better overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated CLEC20A expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as HNSC and OV show a favorable association.

HNSC, KICH, and ACC are the cancer types where CLEC20A RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
