Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, CLEC1A Mutation is linked to patient survival in 4 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated CLEC1A data layer compared with 22 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSC), where higher CLEC1A Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated CLEC1A expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
HNSC, LUSC, and COAD are the cancer types where CLEC1A Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
