Across TCGA cell cohorts, CLEC1A RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 1,016 significant associations in total. BREAST shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CLEC1A-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of RNA splicing, Proteasomal ubiquitin-independent protein catabolic process, and Energy derivation by oxidation of organic compounds. Each is linked with CLEC1A in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CLEC1A-to-partner and partner-to-CLEC1A results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Regulation of RNA splicing grouped by CLEC1A-low versus CLEC1A-high in CNS.
