CLEC19A

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CLEC19A mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 33 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CLEC19A-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNA5SP405, RNU6-254P, and RNY1P1. Each is linked with CLEC19A in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CLEC19A-to-partner and partner-to-CLEC19A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNA5SP405 grouped by CLEC19A-low versus CLEC19A-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CLEC19A→partner) and Y-score (partner→CLEC19A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
