CLEC10A

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, CLEC10A RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,167 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CLEC10A-associated genes across cancer lineages are GPR148, OPN1MW2, and ADAD1. Each is linked with CLEC10A in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CLEC10A-to-partner and partner-to-CLEC10A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CLEC10A versus GPR148 in STOMACH, with a Pearson correlation of 0.40.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CLEC10A→partner) and Y-score (partner→CLEC10A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
