CLDND1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CLDND1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 784 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CLDND1-associated genes across cancer lineages are TEX36-AS1, MTCO3P46, and MIR4511. Each is linked with CLDND1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CLDND1-to-partner and partner-to-CLDND1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TEX36-AS1 grouped by CLDND1-low versus CLDND1-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CLDND1→partner) and Y-score (partner→CLDND1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
