Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, CLDN8 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 56 significant associations in total. UPPER_AERODIGESTIVE_TRACT shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CLDN8-associated genes across cancer lineages are RFPL3, MMP20, and SSX5. Each is linked with CLDN8 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CLDN8-to-partner and partner-to-CLDN8 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RFPL3 grouped by CLDN8-low versus CLDN8-high in UPPER_AERODIGESTIVE_TRACT.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CLDN8→partner) and Y-score (partner→CLDN8) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
