CLDN22

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CLDN22 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3 significant associations in total. SCLC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CLDN22-associated genes across cancer lineages are POU3F4, TSSK4, and ESR1. Each is linked with CLDN22 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CLDN22-to-partner and partner-to-CLDN22 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CLDN22 versus POU3F4 in SCLC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.86.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CLDN22→partner) and Y-score (partner→CLDN22) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
