CLDN20

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CLDN20 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 38 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CLDN20-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-254P, COPS8P1, and MIR548O2. Each is linked with CLDN20 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CLDN20-to-partner and partner-to-CLDN20 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU6-254P grouped by CLDN20-low versus CLDN20-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CLDN20→partner) and Y-score (partner→CLDN20) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
