CLDN2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CLDN2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,325 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CLDN2-associated genes across cancer lineages are SKA1, CHAF1B, and SFMBT1. Each is linked with CLDN2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CLDN2-to-partner and partner-to-CLDN2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SKA1 grouped by CLDN2-low versus CLDN2-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CLDN2→partner) and Y-score (partner→CLDN2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
