CLDN18

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CLDN18 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,226 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CLDN18-associated genes across cancer lineages are KRTAP19-5, CDKN3, and BCCIP. Each is linked with CLDN18 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CLDN18-to-partner and partner-to-CLDN18 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, KRTAP19-5 grouped by CLDN18-low versus CLDN18-high in BRCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CLDN18→partner) and Y-score (partner→CLDN18) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
