CLDN18

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CLDN18 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 32 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CLDN18-associated genes across cancer lineages are STAT3_pY705, INPP4B, and ATM. Each is linked with CLDN18 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CLDN18-to-partner and partner-to-CLDN18 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, STAT3_pY705 grouped by CLDN18-low versus CLDN18-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CLDN18→partner) and Y-score (partner→CLDN18) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
