Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, CLDN17 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 980 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CLDN17-associated genes across cancer lineages are TMEM97P2, MIR3200, and ATP1B3P1. Each is linked with CLDN17 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CLDN17-to-partner and partner-to-CLDN17 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TMEM97P2 grouped by CLDN17-low versus CLDN17-high in BRCA.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CLDN17→partner) and Y-score (partner→CLDN17) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
