Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, CLDN10 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 4 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated CLDN10 data layer compared with 23 for mass-spec protein and 5 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in thymoma (THYM), where higher CLDN10 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated CLDN10 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC show a favorable association.
THYM, LUSC, and UCEC are the cancer types where CLDN10 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
