CLDN10

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CLDN10 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 50 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CLDN10-associated genes across cancer lineages are Caspase-7-cleavedD198, PEA-15_pS116, and YB-1. Each is linked with CLDN10 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CLDN10-to-partner and partner-to-CLDN10 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Caspase-7-cleavedD198 grouped by CLDN10-low versus CLDN10-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CLDN10→partner) and Y-score (partner→CLDN10) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
