CLDN10

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, CLDN10 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9 significant associations in total. SKIN shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CLDN10-associated genes across cancer lineages are SMIM23, LCE2A, and PTH. Each is linked with CLDN10 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CLDN10-to-partner and partner-to-CLDN10 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SMIM23 grouped by CLDN10-low versus CLDN10-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CLDN10→partner) and Y-score (partner→CLDN10) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
