CLCN7

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CLCN7 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,894 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CLCN7-associated genes across cancer lineages are C1QL1P1, TEDC2, and PEF1. Each is linked with CLCN7 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CLCN7-to-partner and partner-to-CLCN7 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, C1QL1P1 grouped by CLCN7-low versus CLCN7-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CLCN7→partner) and Y-score (partner→CLCN7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
