CLCN5

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CLCN5 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,822 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CLCN5-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR208B, LETM1, and TSPAN17. Each is linked with CLCN5 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CLCN5-to-partner and partner-to-CLCN5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR208B grouped by CLCN5-low versus CLCN5-high in CESC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CLCN5→partner) and Y-score (partner→CLCN5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
