CLCN5

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, CLCN5 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10 significant associations in total. LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CLCN5-associated genes across cancer lineages are SLC36A2, SCGB1C1, and LRRC74A. Each is linked with CLCN5 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CLCN5-to-partner and partner-to-CLCN5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SLC36A2 grouped by CLCN5-low versus CLCN5-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CLCN5→partner) and Y-score (partner→CLCN5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
