CLCN2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CLCN2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 20,244 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CLCN2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are UBR5, ZFR, and ADNP. Each is linked with CLCN2 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CLCN2-to-partner and partner-to-CLCN2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CLCN2 versus UBR5 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.46.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CLCN2→partner) and Y-score (partner→CLCN2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
