Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, CLCA4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10,138 significant associations in total. LAML shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CLCA4-associated genes across cancer lineages are CLCA4-AS1, CLCA3P, and CLCA2. Each is linked with CLCA4 in more than 20 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CLCA4-to-partner and partner-to-CLCA4 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CLCA4 versus CLCA4-AS1 in KICH, with a Pearson correlation of 0.98.
RNA expression associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CLCA4→partner) and Y-score (partner→CLCA4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
