CLCA4

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CLCA4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,525 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CLCA4-associated proteins across cancer lineages are BCAS1, TTC9, and BCAS1_S399. Each is linked with CLCA4 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CLCA4-to-partner and partner-to-CLCA4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CLCA4 versus BCAS1 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.76.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CLCA4→partner) and Y-score (partner→CLCA4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
