CLCA1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CLCA1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,914 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CLCA1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNA5SP146, DYM, and ADNP2. Each is linked with CLCA1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CLCA1-to-partner and partner-to-CLCA1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNA5SP146 grouped by CLCA1-low versus CLCA1-high in LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CLCA1→partner) and Y-score (partner→CLCA1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
