CLCA1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CLCA1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 29 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CLCA1-associated genes across cancer lineages are VHL, p90 RSK, and Rad50. Each is linked with CLCA1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CLCA1-to-partner and partner-to-CLCA1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, VHL grouped by CLCA1-low versus CLCA1-high in LUSC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CLCA1→partner) and Y-score (partner→CLCA1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
