CLC

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CLC RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9,321 significant associations in total. ACC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CLC-associated genes across cancer lineages are FCGR3B, CR1, and ADGRE3. Each is linked with CLC in more than 22 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CLC-to-partner and partner-to-CLC results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CLC versus FCGR3B in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.54.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CLC→partner) and Y-score (partner→CLC) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
