CLC

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CLC RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 9,307 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CLC-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PRG2, PRG3, and EPX. Each is linked with CLC in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CLC-to-partner and partner-to-CLC results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CLC versus PRG2 in PDAC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.69.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CLC→partner) and Y-score (partner→CLC) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
