CLC

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CLC protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12,054 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CLC-associated genes across cancer lineages are ADGRE3, CD300E, and LILRB2. Each is linked with CLC in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CLC-to-partner and partner-to-CLC results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CLC versus ADGRE3 in PDAC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.40.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CLC→partner) and Y-score (partner→CLC) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
