CLC

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CLC mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 95 significant associations in total. SKCM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CLC-associated genes across cancer lineages are RPS29P32, RNU6-633P, and RNA5SP325. Each is linked with CLC in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CLC-to-partner and partner-to-CLC results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RPS29P32 grouped by CLC-low versus CLC-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CLC→partner) and Y-score (partner→CLC) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
