CLASP1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CLASP1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 15,948 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CLASP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are CENPO, TTL, and GPR161. Each is linked with CLASP1 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CLASP1-to-partner and partner-to-CLASP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CLASP1 versus CENPO in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.39.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CLASP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→CLASP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
