Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, CKS1BP4 RNA is linked to patient survival in 15 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated CKS1BP4 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in mesothelioma (MESO), where higher CKS1BP4 RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated CKS1BP4 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as SKCM and HNSC show a favorable association.

MESO, SKCM, and HNSC are the cancer types where CKS1BP4 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
