Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, CKS1B Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated CKS1B data layer compared with 28 for mass-spec protein and 4 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in bladder urothelial carcinoma (BLCA), where higher CKS1B Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated CKS1B expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
BLCA, CESC, and LUSC are the cancer types where CKS1B Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
