Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, CKS1B protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 14,355 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CKS1B-associated genes across cancer lineages are PBK, CDCA2, and GPATCH4. Each is linked with CKS1B in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CKS1B-to-partner and partner-to-CKS1B results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CKS1B versus PBK in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.68.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CKS1B→partner) and Y-score (partner→CKS1B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
