Across TCGA patient cohorts, CKS1B mutation is significantly associated with the immune_cell of many other genes, with 2 significant associations in total. LUSC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CKS1B-associated genes across cancer lineages are MPP and Th2 cells. Each is linked with CKS1B in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CKS1B-to-partner and partner-to-CKS1B results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MPP grouped by CKS1B-low versus CKS1B-high in LUSC.
