The strongest signal is observed in kidney renal papillary cell carcinoma (KIRP), where higher CKMT1B Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated CKMT1B expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
KIRP and SKCM are the cancer types where CKMT1B Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
