CKMT1A

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CKMT1A RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 20,814 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CKMT1A-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ATP5F1A, PPIP5K1, and IDI1. Each is linked with CKMT1A in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CKMT1A-to-partner and partner-to-CKMT1A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CKMT1A→partner) and Y-score (partner→CKMT1A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
