CKMT1A

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, CKMT1A protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,961 significant associations in total. BREAST shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CKMT1A-associated genes across cancer lineages are CKMT1B, FRAT2, and GFPT2. Each is linked with CKMT1A in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CKMT1A-to-partner and partner-to-CKMT1A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CKMT1A→partner) and Y-score (partner→CKMT1A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
