Across TCGA cell cohorts, CKMT1A protein abundance is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 1,743 significant associations in total. BREAST shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CKMT1A-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Phosphocreatine biosynthetic process, Phosphocreatine metabolic process, and Phosphagen biosynthetic process. Each is linked with CKMT1A in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CKMT1A-to-partner and partner-to-CKMT1A results are reported.
