Across TCGA cell cohorts, CKLF RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 2,623 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CKLF-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Deoxyribose phosphate biosynthetic process, 2'-deoxyribonucleotide biosynthetic process, and DTMP biosynthetic process. Each is linked with CKLF in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CKLF-to-partner and partner-to-CKLF results are reported.
