Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, CKLF RNA is linked to patient survival in 26 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated CKLF data layer compared with 1 for mass-spec protein.

The strongest signal is observed in adrenocortical carcinoma (ACC), where higher CKLF RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated CKLF expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as SKCM and LUAD show a favorable association.

ACC, LIHC, and KIRP are the cancer types where CKLF RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
