Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, CKB RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,536 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CKB-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CKB_T35, CKB_S199, and BAG5. Each is linked with CKB in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CKB-to-partner and partner-to-CKB results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CKB versus CKB_T35 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.78.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CKB→partner) and Y-score (partner→CKB) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
