Across TCGA patient cohorts, CKB protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8,686 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CKB-associated genes across cancer lineages are NOVA1, JAM2, and CAVIN2. Each is linked with CKB in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CKB-to-partner and partner-to-CKB results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CKB versus NOVA1 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.43.
